*** v1.2.1 ***
- scenario crashes
- Fixes in the logistics code
- GNP changes in actions
- GNP changed when loading game
- GNP displayed to the dollar
- surplus changing when clicking on taxes values
- strategic warfare button activated on all strategic missiles
- stops new colonies's ships from moving once conquered by the player
- covert strike fix
- aggressivness fix: look up in 'scenario.dat' the last lines (under 'diplomatic reactions'). These values are the aggressivness of countries. If you want a more aggressive world, lower these values (the variable names are self-explanatory as to what they actually do), but try to keep the same "scale" between them. If you want a more peaceful world, raise them. You can change only a couple to tweak a world to behave the way you want it, but do it at your own risks. Changing any variable in 'scenario.dat' might cause the game to function strangely if you put in out-of-bound values.
- numerous other fixes
